Atelier OCHO is a studio for creating and exhibiting paintings. Portrait painting is one of it’s specialties. The name OCHO (Spanish for eight) not only refers to the number of the studio, but also represents the eight on it’s side, the lemniscate, symbol for infinity, movement and harmony.
 

A step within the Argentine Tango is also called ‘ocho’. The work in this studio is somewhat like this step. It moves to and fro, between classic and abstract, changing in expression, and returning again to it’s creative source for reflection and renewal.
